Children’s Yoga
These classes give children the opportunity to explore Yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation in a fun and safe environment. Yoga for children is a means of helping them to develop better body awareness, self control, flexibility as well as coordination. On a mental/emotional level it helps to empower children with self esteem, confidence.. Kids may be able to carry the Yoga skills they learn beyond class and into their normal everyday routines.

Toddler Yoga
This is a fun, interactive class based on Yoga shapes, games, sounds and movement with the aim of developing the toddler’s spatial awareness, co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills.
