MEDIT ATION
We run Guided Meditation Workshops quarterly for mental health and well-being to quieten the fluctuations of the mind and bring it into equilibrium, increasing personal and professional productivity.
PIL ATES
We have an on-going Pilates Teaching Practice in various health clubs, schools and universities. Successfully implementing techniques on relaxation and stress reduction and improving Core Fitness, Muscle Tone and correct breathing.
YO GA
We conduct General yoga and Restorative yoga sessions, using props to support the body in specific ways which help to re-charge, whilst relaxing the body and mind. (Restorative yoga has also been shown to manage and even heal physical conditions, as well as psychological and emotional imbalances).
NUTR ITION
Proper Nutrition is key to total well-being. We aim to serve as an encouraging supporter by giving clients the tools necessary to enhance their mental and physical well-being. Whilst counselling them on proper nutrition and exercise habits.

Meditation for inner peace, well being and happines.
In this session, I aim to equip you with tools for a more peaceful existence.
This will be an invaluable session where we will learn to incorporate techniques of mindfulness meditation, mantra, chanting and the yoga sutras to invoke inner peace in order to find the awareness that already resides within. It’s only when we become still and stop resisting life that we find that inner joy and light, this is the place where we feel completely aligned and at one.
