What we do

Due to our in depth knowledge

of the skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular and respiratory systems, including our first aid skills, we are ideally placed to design and implement meditation, Pilates, yoga sessions and workshops.

Our quarterly bespoke sessions include running guided meditation workshops for mental health and well-being. 

This quietens the fluctuations of the mind and brings it into equilibrium increasing personal and professional productivity. 

We have continually collaborated with organisations such as the BBC, RETHINK, BRUNEL UNIVERSITY, LEISURE CENTRES, SCHOOLS and many others. Our one–to–one sessions are also eagerly sort after.

Through intention setting, meditation, breathing techniques and YOGA postures, the goal would be to have the participants leave the sessions refreshed and calm. Our sessions are taught in a thought-provoking manner with meaning and depth through careful planning of each session, as well as readings from the yoga wisdom teachings. Each participant gets to have a deeper experience of themselves.
